Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to work with a well-established client based in Carlisle. Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with all road and safety regulations
* Complete deliveries and collections efficiently and on time
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Maintain accurate records, including tachograph and delivery paperwork
* Deliver a professional and reliable service on behalf of the client
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous HGV driving experience preferred
* Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
* Flexible approach to work, including availability for weekend shifts
* Strong work ethic and reliability
