We're looking for a Facilities & EHS Lead to take ownership of safety, compliance, and facilities within a growing pilot manufacturing environment.
Facilities & EHS Lead responsibilities include:
* Lead health & safety across the business
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance
* Manage facility layout, utilities, and environment
* Support installation and safe operation of manufacturing equipment
* Oversee waste, chemicals, and environmental compliance
* Work closely with teams during pilot manufacturing runs
Experience required:
* Experience in EHS / Facilities within manufacturing, biotech, or labs
* Strong knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations
* Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving skills
