About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is at the heart of our day-to-day business, supporting operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately, communication flows smoothly between teams, and customer needs are handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Ordering stock and materials as required.
* Updating and maintaining records on our CRM system.
* Speaking directly with customers, providing updates and resolving queries in a professional manner.
* Liaising with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Coordinating with the production team to manage timelines and order fulfilment.
* Supporting general operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Skills & Requirements
* Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Common sense and problem-solving ability to handle day-to-day challenges.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Previous experience in an operations, administration, or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
