Administrative Assistant – Be the Organised Heartbeat of Our Team ACC Aviation, an Employee Owned Trust, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our people, office, and processes running smoothly. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact for HR queries and support recruitment, onboarding & engagement Coordinate office operations, supplies, events, and health & safety Support compliance, policy updates & sustainability initiatives Provide occasional support to senior leadership (meetings & travel) What we’re looking for: Strong organisation & communication skills Experience in admin, HR support, or office coordination Confident handling confidential information Bonus: knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, or sustainability Why join us?
