Elite are exclusively partnering with an iconic luxury fashion brand, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their HR team.
Role Overview
Support the full employee lifecycle across retail and head office teams, delivering high-quality HR operations and advisory support in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. Ensure HR processes, employee experience, and brand culture meet luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR advice for performance, absence, probation, and general policy queries.
* Support recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
* Manage onboarding processes including contracts, right-to-work checks, systems access, and induction coordination.
* Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files, and documentation across the lifecycle.
* Support payroll with timely submission of changes and absence data.
* Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and maintain L&D records.
* Produce regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence).
* Act as a point of contact for store teams, supporting seasonal hiring and peak trading demands.
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination or advisory roles; luxury retail or premium service background preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* HRIS and Microsoft Office experience (Excel essential).
* Basic understanding of employment law.
