Job description
We are recruiting for experienced and qualified Part Time/fulltimePractitioners to join our lovely setting based in Boxford, Suffolk.
Our setting caters for children aged 20 months to 11 years of age daily (Breakfast and Afterschool Club for local primary school and Pre-school children ) and we are currently rated as Good by Ofsted. We are in a purpose-built building, all on 1 level with a lovely garden that we try to access in all weathers. The working pattern is across 5 days. There is parking on site on on the local roads and we have some public transport (buses) into the village but it is limited so own transport is preffered.
As a Practitioner your role will include;
* Being part of a friendly team
* Having a group of key children, responsible for planning and completing observations via famly.
* Making sure the children have a safe, fun and great learning environment.
* Building positive relationships by engaging and interacting with the children, staff, and families
To be considered for the role of Practitioner, you will need;
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare
* Friendly, positive and hardworking attitude
* Key worker experience, ideally
* Know how to have fun!!
