Job Description Kick On Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Land Support Officer to join their Land Support function at a large, multi-use outdoor site. The site includes woodland, open spaces, landscaped gardens, water features and a range of buildings and facilities. While the role is broader than a traditional equestrian position, it does involve working alongside horses and other animals on site as part of a varied, outdoor-focused role. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, developing and enhancing the land and facilities to a high professional standard, supporting the smooth and safe delivery of essential site services. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality land and grounds maintenance across a diverse environment.
