Throughout the programme, you will receive full support from a dedicated Academy Manager and mentorship from Senior Leaders and former graduates.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2:1 degree or expected graduation in 2024 or 2025;
* Background in Tech, Design, or Engineering;
* Interest and enthusiasm for the Financial Services industry;
* Ability to commute daily to Cheadle (role is not remote);
* Drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
* Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies;
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with senior management, including presenting ideas effectively.
