Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a motivated Admin & Warehouse Support Officer to join our Horsham site on a permanent part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your administration expertise with practical warehouse experience while making a real contribution to Australia’s agricultural industry.
About the Opportunity:
You will play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly by:
* Managing administrative tasks including accounts payable, freight invoices, CHEP transfers, truck files, purchase orders, and DC reports (SOH, OPO)
* Processing incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
* Supporting safety compliance and maintaining accurate records
* Picking, packing, loading/unloading stock and assisting with stock counts
* Helping maintain warehouse tidiness and branch presentation
* Assisting with truck loads and dispatch
About You:
* Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Passion for agriculture and supporting local farmers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams; SAP experience or willingness to learn
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team
* Forklift licence a plus; willingness to train
