Senior Practitioner – Assessment & Short Term Intervention Team in Birmingham, with an hourly rate of £33.30 on an ongoing contract. What you will do
* Conduct thorough assessments of families within designated timeframes.
* Work collaboratively with other team members and partner agencies.
* Ensure that all interventions are timely, efficient, and effective in supporting families.
* Participate in regular case reviews and meetings.
* Liaise with different stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for children and their families.
* Be office-based two days per week, supporting team synergy and information sharing.
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
