About the role
This is a varied, diverse, and interesting senior administrative support role supporting the Divisional Directors. We seek an experienced, proactive, and diligent PA who will thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinating an active calendar of meetings.
* Taking accurate and comprehensive minutes of key meetings, including Division Board meetings.
* Liaising with Senior Executive Directors.
* Organising and completing expenses monthly.
* Producing letters and documents as required.
* Identifying priorities and finding ways to add value and support.
* Following up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
* Providing administrative support across various tasks and projects daily.
About you
You will have experience supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives, including diary management, minute-taking, and action follow-up. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, structured, and timely in their work. Flexibility, quick thinking, and the ability to handle a varied workload are essential.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages, and experience in minute-taking are required.
