Job Description
We are looking for an organised and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our marketing activities. You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinate content, and assist with digital marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to provide marketing support and project coordination.
* Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels.
* Create engaging written content for various platforms including social media and newsletters through effective copywriting.
* Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Organise and support events, trade shows and other promotional activities.
* Design brochures, flyers and other marketing materials.
* Support website updates, email marketing, and campaign reporting.
* Coordinate marketing assets, timelines and stakeholder communication
* Market research, stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to support with refining strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing role or similar position
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient in copywriting with a strong command of English
* Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident liaising with internal teams and external partners
* A proactive mindset and eye for detail
* Diploma in Marketing or higher
