Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Wokingham

Brand: Romans

Salary: up to £28,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm. Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm. Every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building relationships with developers through active networking
* Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing relevant information
* Building strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data accuracy
* Managing the sale process from viewing to closing

Skills required:

* Six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Responsiveness to change
