🎯 Your Mission
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness. Acting as a trusted partner, you will manage schedules, coordinate global travel, support strategic operations, and ensure the CEO can focus on leading the organisation.
This role requires sound judgement, strong operational awareness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Executive Support
* Manage and maintain a dynamic, constantly evolving calendar for the CEO.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings across global time zones.
* Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
* Serve as a gatekeeper and advocate for the CEO's time, ensuring schedule efficiency and balance.
Travel Management
* Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, transport, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
* Ensure smooth travel experiences and adapt plans quickly when changes occur.
Operational Support
* Apply strong operational understanding to support leadership effectiveness and responsiveness.
Administrative Support
* Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO.
* Provide additional administrative support as required.
Board & Leadership Coordination
* Organise logistics and materials for global board meetings.
Projects & Events
* Coordinate internal and external events on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team.
* Support leadership initiatives and projects across the organisation.
✨ What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Extensive experience managing complex schedules and international travel logistics.
* Strong understanding of business operations and executive priorities.Skills
Highly proactive self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders globally.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Strong project management capability with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong digital literacy.
* Flexibility to respond to communications outside of standard business hours when required.
