Duties
* Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationships
Skills and experience
* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Revit proficiency
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
