Overview
Cornwall VSF is looking to recruit an experienced relationship and programme manager to work with voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector partners to develop a countywide approach to health creation as part of a test and learn one year pilot initially. The role requires a self-motivated individual with skills in stakeholder engagement and health systems design to lead development of a whole system approach to improving health and wellbeing across the county, working with communities, the VCSE, NHS, Councils, Acute, Community and Primary Care to build a holistic programme for care focused on metabolic health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and oversee programme and contract management.
* Develop our approach to business support for VCSEs.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and directly deliver support and resources as needed.
* Contribute to programme evaluation and reporting.
* Promote lived experience and person-centred approaches throughout the programme.
* Facilitate learning and collaboration through the Human Learning Systems (HLS) model and promote systems change to improve community-led outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Director Team, engagement team, programmes teams and communications to deliver programmes and enhance Cornwall VSF visibility.
Reporting and structure
Reports to the Director Team and works closely with the engagement, programmes and comms teams to support delivery and visibility of Cornwall VSF in these areas.
Contract type and duration
The role may be offered as a one-year contract initially (with a view to extension) or can be taken on as a secondment. If applying as a secondment, please obtain manager approval in advance.
