Responsibilities
* Perform a wide variety of administrative procedures and tasks that support the organisation and delivery of teaching and learning and support students and academic colleagues across the School.
* Assist in the planning and organisation of the School’s open days, student arrival and induction, and other events and activities to enhance the student experience.
* Provide administrative support to committee groups and support the Senior Operations Manager with financial management, purchasing goods, services and travel on behalf of teaching colleagues.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience of managing own workload and day‑to‑day priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service ability, able to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Experience working supportively as part of a team to deliver activities in a fast‑paced and varied environment.
Employment Details
This is a full‑time post (36.25 hours per week) for a fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027.
The University of Nottingham supports hybrid working with arrangements agreed locally. In practice this means the team balances the working week with some time on campus and some time working from home.
