SEND, SEMH, ASD & PMLD Teaching Assistants Needed | September Starts Some children just need the right person beside them. Protocol Education is looking for passionate, proactive and caring Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) in schools from September onwards. We’re looking for people who genuinely want to make a difference. The kind of people who stay calm during challenging moments, celebrate the little wins and understand that every child’s journey looks different. Experience in schools is brilliant, but it’s not essential. We’d also love to hear from people with backgrounds in youth work, care, coaching, support work, mental health, residential settings or roles supporting children and adults with additional needs. If you’ve got the right attitude and a real passion for helping young people thrive, we can help with the rest.
