A dynamic and results driven Telesales \/ Telephone Account Manager is required to join the sales team of a successful and award-winning supplier of apparel.\u00a0 Main responsibility of the role is to initiate contact with potential customers over the phone, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales Account Managers.\u00a0\u00a0 You will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
The Role:
Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or through research.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Stay informed about the company's products\/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Address customer queries and provide basic information about the offerings.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products\/services to potential customers.
Handle objections and address concerns to keep the conversation progressing positively.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and align lead generation efforts accordingly.
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
Meet and exceed weekly\/monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Continuously strive to improve conversion rates and overall productivity.
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to commit.
Nurture relationships with prospects through regular communication.
Follow established sales processes and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Skills Required:
Previous experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Persistence and resilience in dealing with rejection and overcoming objections.
