Junior Application Support Analyst
Location: Midlands UK (UK based candidates only)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in ERP and application support? We’re looking for a proactive and curious Junior Application Support Analyst to join our growing IT team and support our business-critical systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience with IFS Applications (ERP) and develop into a specialist role with plenty of training and career progression on offer.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support for IFS Applications and other business systems.
* Investigating and resolving application issues, escalating to senior analysts or vendors where needed.
* Assisting with system configuration, data analysis, and reporting (using SQL, Crystal Reports, or IFS tools).
* Supporting business users across finance, operations, supply chain, and HR with day-to-day queries.
* Documenting solutions, maintaining a knowledge base, and contributing to process improvements.
* Working closely with senior analysts and IT teams to learn the ins and outs of ERP systems.
What we’re looking for:
* Knowledge with IFS ERP
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good understanding of databases (SQL knowledge is a big plus).
* Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical and business process knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical solutions in a simple way.
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
