What You'll Do:
Lead seasonal supplier and product strategy reviews, analysing data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maximise commercial potential.
Contribute to a forward-thinking strategy that balances style, quality, ethical standards, and profitability.
Identify new sourcing opportunities, materials, products, territories, and operational solutions to strengthen the brand and deliver exciting assortments.
Anticipate challenges, close gaps, and bring fresh ideas to how products are developed, sourced, and delivered.
Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring transparency, trust, and innovation at every stage.
Apply ethical and compliance checks to ensure suppliers meet the brand's standards.
Work closely with buying, tech and merchandising teams to validate suppliers, secure competitive pricing, and ensure business cases are sound.
Lead projects to implement new processes or solutions, coordinating multiple teams to bring initiatives to life.
Guide new suppliers through first orders and ongoing collaboration, troubleshooting and resolving challenges to maintain smooth delivery.
Stay ahead of evolving legislation
Partner with teams to maintain high standards for ethical sourcing, stock quality, and environmental responsibility.
Act as a key point of contact for supplier performance, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and commercial goals.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a buyer, merchandiser, or commercial product manager
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in driving range decisions, supplier negotiations, and cost structures.
Interest in ethical sourcing, sustainability, and ESG compliance, with the ability to implement best practice across partners.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
