What You’ll Contribute
* Provide general administrative support to the EMEA Facilities Operations Senior Manager.
* Order office snack supplies.
* Order general office supplies.
* Ensure related receipts are submitted promptly to Accounts Payable.
* Issue and terminate access control passes.
* Support meeting room queries and coordinate lunch orders when required.
* Liaise with office contractors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
* Assist with health and safety tasks such as first aid box checks and administrative coordination of Fire
* Warden and First Aider training.
* Update and maintain the online filing system for Facilities documentation.
What We’re Seeking
* Personable, well-presented and approachable, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Able to manage their own workload and handle conflicting priorities.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and helpful manner.
* Someone who values a consistent, supportive role and enjoys being a dependable part of day-to-day operations.
