Permanent Administrative Assistant required for Locally Homegrown Business based in Crumlin Duties will include: Ensure that all telephone calls and enquiries received are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources Overseeing administrative procedures and processes Organising filing systems and updating and maintaining office databases All associated administration required to fulfil the duties of the role. Essential Criteria: Previous administration experience, including producing Excel reports is essential Intermediate IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) Attention to detail Organisational & time management skills Information seeking and handling Ability to multi task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to include relationship building skills Due to client location access to a car is essential.
