Juice is thrilled to be supporting a thriving professional services employer based in central Bath in their search for a talented Office Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role.
This role is office-based and is within a short walk of Southgate.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Meeting and greeting all visitors and 3rd parties to the building responsible for issuing security passes
2. Daily checks to ensure that office facilities are in order, working closely with IT
3. Maintaining office provisions, ordering stationary via suppliers, and receiving deliveries
4. Liaising with the building staff re security, parking, cleaners, insurance
5. Managing the relationship with building management teams, reporting, tracking and escalating issues where needed
6. Managing health and safety around the building – calling upon 3rd party suppliers to solve maintenance issues
7. Conducting basic inductions for new starters
8. Maintaining a spreadsheet of costs & assets, tracking & recording spend
9. House-keeping around the office as and when required
10. Investigating 3rd party suppliers over office refurbishments, and researching quotes
