Role: IT Support Analyst
Salary: £34,000 + Package
Location: St. Hellier, Jersey (Office Based)

The role will focus on providing desktop support for users at the organisaton's St. Hellier office and providing phone support to the group's global teams. The role offers an great opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide local and remote support of incoming requests to the Global Service Desk via telephone, web portal, email, and chat.
* Ensure tickets are logged in ServiceNow, customers kept updated and issues resolved within agreed service levels
* Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes such as VIP users and tickets marked urgent, to meet defined SLAs
* Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable teams, when required in line with KBs
* Record, track, and document the service desk incident-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution
Required Skills/Experience
* 2+ years' experience in an IT Support position.
* Experience of supporting users in both an office and remote environment
* Experience of using an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
* Experience of Microsoft technologies
