About the Service
Rosglen Neurological Centre, near Barnsley, is a specialist neurological service that provides residential support for adults following a brain injury or with a neurological condition. Our progression model offers transitional and long‑term residential support in a well‑equipped setting.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with residents, listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including eating support and medication administration.
- Help plan and participate in days out or activities residents wish to enjoy.
- Promote independence and make a positive impact on residents’ lives.
