This is a full-time, permanent position based in Yeovil paying up to £28,000 PA depending on your experience. This role is working Monday Friday 9.00 17.00.
You'll play a key part in the scheduling team, ensuring continuity and quality of care for our clients while supporting the care professionals. The role is fast-paced and requires someone calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimise client and care professional schedules
* Respond to last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently
* Visit clients for assessments, reviews, and quality checks
* Work closely with the Care Manager and recruitment team
* Support in delivering training and participate in the on-call rota
* Maintain accurate records using the care management software
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external care standards
