Income Statement & Commercial Finance Manager at GE HealthCare. Join to apply for the Income Statement & Commercial Finance Manager role at GE HealthCare. This opportunity is with GE HealthCare's Global AVS FP&A team, supporting the AVS segment with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A activities including closing, reporting, and forecasting for a $5B externally reported segment. The role reports to the Global AVS FP&A leader.
Responsibilities
* Lead key FP&A cycle activities for the AVS segment: estimating, actuals tracking, and variance reporting. Act as a key business partner to the AVS Finance and Operating teams to link financial outcomes to business operations.
* Support key AVS operating mechanisms: Monthly Operating Reviews, Segment & Region Operating Reviews, and Price Council; ensure data accuracy and consistency at all levels (direct vs fully burdened views, regional/sub-regional, group allocations). Develop KPIs aligned to operating mechanisms and Finance Bowler.
* Support preparation of Op Profit walks, collecting inputs and understanding key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, EOP & inflation, investments & cost productivity, FX, and drive compliance to Ops P&L requirements.
* Own commercial reporting and analysis for the global AVS segment, driving proactive alignment with regions and global pricing to understand commercial drivers across sub segments and sub regions.
* Drive standard work for internal analysis and Corporate Finance submissions.
* Partner with the Finance Transformation leader to deliver Power BI ecosystem data and reports for all AVS finance and operating users.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
* 10 years of operating finance expertise and rigor.
* Demonstrated depth and breadth in FP&A expertise from prior assignments.
* Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range is $168,000.00 - $252,000.00 annual. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. May be eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives. GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company contribution, life, disability, and tuition reimbursement.
