The Opportunity Are you ready to take charge of electrical reliability at our brand new, state-of-the-art facility? Were offering a rare opportunity to lead the electrical maintenance function at exactly that; our new Cement Grinding station in Tilbury. As the Electrical Maintenance Manager, youll take full accountability for all electrical infrastructure, from high and low-voltage systems to drives, PLCs, DCS, and instrumentation. Leading a team of Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineers, youll develop and execute a world-class maintenance strategy that ensures high asset availability and supports site-wide operational targets. Youll shape the safety and compliance culture around electrical systems, lead project delivery across upgrades and control systems, and drive lean maintenance practices in a 24/7 production environment. You'll also play a critical leadership role in developing a skilled electrical team from the start, embedding standards, routines, and values that will define Tilbury's operational success for years to come.
Who you are Youll have proven experience leading an Electrical Maintenance team within an industrial, manufacturing environment. Youll have working knowledge of PLC systems and will have excellent knowledge of everything from HV/LV systems and drives to control panels. Youll ideally be familiar with using systems like SAP to manage preventative and predictive maintenance, and youre comfortable planning major shutdowns or executing time-sensitive repairs. Youre passionate about developing people, fostering collaboration, and delivering results through a culture of safety, reliability, and innovation.
