Your role at BRE Support the delivery of accurate monthly forecasts and financial reporting for central business functions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and consolidate financial forecast data. Assist in the preparation of budgets and provide insights into business performance through data analysis. Maintain and enhance internal reporting tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and clarity of financial reporting. Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Manager to drive improvements in financial processes and data integrity. Use finance systems (e.g. Excel, Anaplan, D365) to manipulate, analyse, and report on financial data. Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and finance queries from stakeholders across the business. Contribute to finance projects and support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives. What we are looking for Proven experience in a commercial finance, financial analysis, or management accounting role, with involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), with confidence in using functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and formula-based modelling Familiarity with financial systems and tools such as Anaplan and Microsoft D365 is beneficial (training will be provided if required) A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity Experience developing or maintaining financial dashboards and reports to support business decision-making Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative approach and willingness to support continuous improvement within the finance function A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and/or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is desirable BRE Benefits At BRE, we offer a competitive salary, reviewed annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial security, well-being, and career development.
