They are looking for an engineer with deep technical knowledge to hit the ground running as a Workshop Manager. You will be responsible for managing 10 engineers in the Workshop to KPI's and quality targets to ensure the efficient manufacture of precision manufactured components.

The role:
Managing a tight-knit team of welder fabricators in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
Liaising with management and project Engineers to resolve technical issues
Planning and monitoring quality and quantities to ensure that projects are delivered effectivelyThe person:
An understanding of welding and fabrication practices
Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery
