Supervisor
We are looking for aSupervisor to daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth operations.
* Train, motivate, and monitor team members to provide excellent customer service.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
* New outlet opening and closing procedures.
* Assist in creating staff schedules and managing attendance.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders efficiently.
* Report to the Manager and provide performance updates.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in hospitality management is a plus).
