Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Class 2 Home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Please note - you will be driving a 7.5t vehicle but on an enhanced Class 2 rate, as detailed above.

This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV's, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc.
Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit.
The company offer the customer a 'room of choice' delivery, you will be fully trained on how to do this.
Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day.
The company operate 7 days a week, you can work full time or part time. You can work on a 4 on or 4 off rota or a 5 on 3 off rota. They are happy with any rota, as long as you cover at least one day - Saturday or Sunday - every weekend.
Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-10 hours.
Pay rate - £19.36 per hour, (inclusive of holiday pay). There is an overtime rate of £22.97 per hour.
Please note, there is currently a £1.50 per hour pay incentive within the rate above, which is capped at 48 hours a week.
Our client will happily accept newly qualified drivers.
Please note that drug tests can be carried out at anytime, at the clients discretion. A drug test will also be carried out at assessment.
You must have a valid UK License, CPC and Digitacho, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions.

* Be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy goods
* Have your own steel toe cap safety boots and a high vis vest
