Purpose of Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Planner to join our team based in Denton
Job Description
This role will be responsible for co-ordination, scheduling, manual planning of reactive call outs and PPM works for our retail client portfolio
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring the departments and your own inbox by triaging the email traffic or actioning accordingly using your own initiative.
2. The ability to input, update and extract information from various documents using the Microsoft programmes.
3. Extensive knowledge on Excel is required.
4. Capability to make external calls to retail stores providing relevant information in a timely professional manner.
5. The ability to build positive relationships with engineers on the road as well as our internal teams.
6. Being able to organize your day to ensure all tasks are completed in the best and most effective way.
7. Using your own initiative.
8. Being able to work within an extremely fast-paced and at times, pressured environment but still delivering excellent service to all.
9. Extreme attention to detail with minimal mistakes.
10. Engineer co-ordination or scheduling of reactive call outs and PPM works
Essential Qualifications/Skills
11. Ability to prioritize workload accordingly.
12. Able to make the correct decisions and judgements which are relevant to the task in hand
13. Ability to adapt to ever changing workloads including your own and the field engineers.
14. Maximo Knowledge (Desirable)
15. Knowledge on Risk Assessment & Method Statements
16. Experience in dealing with Equipment/Tool hire.
