Customer Services Advisor
We are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Contact Centre team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in providing first‑class customer service to residents and supporting essential housing services. You must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
* Provide advice on queries including rent, repairs, and tenancy management.
* Log and track enquiries using CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Handle complaints professionally and elevate where necessary.
* Support vulnerable customers by signposting to appropriate services.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
* Professional and empathetic approach to challenging conversations.
* Immediate availability to start work.
