Clinical Support Workers are required to work within the multidisciplinary team ensuring the department is a safe, clean and welcoming place for patients, visitors and staff.
The role will be working within the MDT to give 24‑hour rehabilitation to patients with cognitive and physical deficits.
Day‑to‑day tasks will primarily include:
* Providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including washing & dressing, nutritional needs, toileting, completion of charts, documentation, empowering patients with their rehabilitation process/programme and effective communication within the MDT.
