We believe every child deserves the chance to shine – and you could be the one to help light the way! We’re searching for a passionate SEN Tutor to join our dedicated team, working hand-in-hand with local schools and authorities in Chalfont.
If you have the expertise, empathy, and creativity to support young people with SEN needs – including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and dyslexia – we want to hear from you!
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
* Champion Individuality: Assess, plan, and deliver tailored learning sessions that celebrate each student’s strengths.
* Ignite Confidence: Use your experience to break down barriers and unlock potential – in one-to-one or small group settings.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with local authorities, schools, and families to build a circle of support around every learner.
* Track Journeys: Celebrate progress, document breakthroughs, and adjust your approach to ensure no one gets left behind.
Who You Are:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or at least 5 years’ teaching/tutoring experience
* An SEN superstar, with a proven track record supporting learners with ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
* Creative, adaptable, and empathetic – you know every day is different, and that’s what excites you!
* Organised, communicative, and ready to work as part of a wider professional network
* Enhanced DBS checked (or willing to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
