Job Title: Team Leader Location: Lytham, St Annes Salary: £32,000 – £38,880 (based on 160 hours 11 sleeps per month) Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £15.50 Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 8am – 11pm; 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern (may vary) Employment Type: Permanent Sleep-ins: Required on a rota basis, £60 per sleep Service: Children’s Residential Home Service Users: Children & Young People Qualifications Required: Relevant childcare qualification desirable Experience Required: Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, including those presenting challenging behaviours The Home: Our client provides a structured, safe, and nurturing environment where children and young people are supported through a therapeutic and integrated approach. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential.
