Overview
Creative Support is a large and successful not‑for‑profit social care charity supporting over 6,000 adults nationally and also a provider of social housing. This role is an opportunity to be a key part of our large finance team, with a range of tasks and responsibilities, including data analysis, transactional processing and administrative support to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Finance
* Carry out data analysis and transactional processing
* Plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
* Engage with colleagues and external stakeholders, communicating confidently both verbally and in writing
* Respond promptly and appropriately to all enquiries
* Handle confidential information and observe the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
* Competent and caring, with a proven experience in administration
* Experience in finance and the social care sector preferred
* High level of IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to exercise initiative and judgement in a team environment
