Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Welham Green, Hertfordshire (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00am - 16:30pm (Flexibility considered)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + company wide bonus

What's the role about?
As Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted right hand to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to wider business success.
- Provide proactive support to senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities
- Take full ownership of inbox and diary management, ensuring time is used effectively
- Coordinate meetings, track actions, and keep key projects moving forward
- Support cross-functional business activities and internal projects
- Help maintain organisational structure, reporting, and key performance tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise complex inboxes, responding on behalf of senior leaders where appropriate
- Coordinate diaries, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key actions
- Track projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring progress stays on course
- Produce reports, maintain KPI trackers, and support business performance visibilityAssist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Provide flexible support across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented EA who takes pride in staying one step ahead. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, ideally within an SME environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication skills and confidence acting on behalf of senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with the confidence to take initiative
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
