About The Services
DTC: A therapeutic and analytical environment rooted in democratic principles where service users and staff share responsibility to foster healing, growth, and self-awareness.
DBT: An evidence-based therapy that helps service users manage emotions, reduce distress, and adopt effective coping strategies. DBT is proven to improve emotional regulation and reduce self-harm.
Your Role
As a Psychological Therapy Group Practitioner, You Will:
* Deliver group interventions through DTC and DBT services.
* Work closely with clinical staff and lived experience colleagues.
* Train and mentor clinicians, sharing expertise.
* Promote and develop services to enhance care quality.

Your Role
As a Psychological Therapy Group Practitioner, You Will:
* Deliver Specialist Therapy: Provide group-based therapeutic interventions in the DTC and DBT Skills Groups, supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
* Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside clinical staff and service user consultants to uphold therapeutic integrity and ensure high-quality care.
* Train and Mentor Clinicians: Share expertise through teaching and mentoring, promoting best practices.
* Partner with Lived Experience Colleagues: Collaborate with service user consultants to enhance service delivery.
* Develop and Promote Services: Play an active role in refining and advancing the DTC and DBT services, building relationships with external stakeholders to increase awareness and access.
