Responsibilities
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs.
* Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries.
* Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way.
* Time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills.
* Confidence to support the team through every shift.
