About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pre-Construction Manager to support our pre-construction team across multiple projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are effectively planned, coordinate, and prepared before moving into the construction phase. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to help deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management of pre-construction activities from order award through to the start of construction
* Assist in defining and tracking project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard
* Help manage technical specifications across multiple projects
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and their design teams, maintaining strong working relationships
* Support coordination of the supply chain, ensuring compliance with design and specification requirements
* Assist in managing external consultants to ensure outputs meet project timelines and standards
* Contribute to pre-construction handover meetings, ensuring delivery teams receive accurate and complete project information
* Provide general support to the wider team as required
About You
* HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A collaborative team player with the confidence to work across different departments
* Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders

Required Criteria
* IT literate including Microsoft Project
* HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a construction related discipline
* Good communication skills, both written & verbal
* Excellent leadership skills in managing teams from various disciplines
