Responsibilities
* Lead by example in system design, code quality and agile development to engineer scalable and performant solutions across the full software lifecycle.
* Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery, promoting a culture of AI‑led development.
* Collaborate in small cross‑functional agile teams composed of product managers, traders, sales teams and fellow technologists who put the client at the heart of everything we do.
* Drive continuous improvement within the team, valuing relentless curiosity and a growth mindset.
* Work with product managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products.
* Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in software development.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
* Experience building mission‑critical systems, ideally in financial institutions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Results‑driven personality.
* Passion for challenging the status quo, fostering out‑of‑the‑box thinking, and leading through change.
* Prior experience with front‑office trading systems.
* Low latency trading experience.
* Knowledge of co‑location infrastructure.
* Experience with high‑performance messaging systems.
* Hands‑on development with FIX APIs.
