Joining a closely-knit team responsible for enhancing the lives of our sheltered housing tenants, youll do whatever it takes to promote their wellbeing and maximise their independence.

About the Independence and Wellbeing Advisor role

Operating on your own initiative, youll take on a varied caseload of residents, ranging from older people to those with challenging social, mental and physical issues - so youll enjoy plenty of variety and all the satisfaction of helping our residents enjoy life to the full.

Youll undertake regular inspections of our estates and actively address any littering, antisocial behaviour or breaches of tenancy conditions and Keeping In Touch Visits with residents in their home,inducting new tenants and overseeing property maintenance and improvements. Youll deliver a person-centred service working with tenants on their personal goal plans.
