We are actively seeking Administrative & Clerical Officers to work in Derry/Londonderry for the Western Trust on a 3-6 months Contract basis.
Location: Derry/ Londonderry
Position: Administrative & Clerical Officer
Pay rate: £11.45- £11.67 per hour
Shifts: Mon- Fri x 37.5 hours
Requirements
4 GCSE's Grades A-C to include English Language and Maths (or equivalent Qualification) plus 1 year's administrative /clerical experience.
1 year's word processing experience.
Experience in using Microsoft packages to include WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
Experience in Minute taking
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
The ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
The ability to effectively use office admin systems such as diary management and filing systems.
Responsibilities
Word processing /producing reports/working on computer systems.
Filing and forwarding on case notes to relevant teams
Telephone & reception duties
Use of hospital systems for typing letters,locking letters and forwarding to GP'S
Mail recording
Recording of admission/discharge information
