We are seeking an exceptional Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, focusing on delivering client value through technology transformation. In this role, you will work on discrete consulting projects as well as large‑scale technology transformations.
This position requires a blend of functional and technology skills, business acumen, and excellence in stakeholder management to solve complex challenges effectively.
How You Can Deliver Impact For Our Clients
* Collaborate with clients to identify key challenges and develop business cases.
* Hands‑on experience in enterprise architecture across the lead‑to‑cash value chain, including Marketing, Sales, Order Fulfilment, Billing, Payments, and Service Management.
* Design and implement Marketing and Sales applications, such as CRMs, Product Catalogs, and Configure‑Price‑Quote (CPQ) systems, managing the entire delivery lifecycle.
* Lead internal teams to achieve deliverables outlined in statements of work while identifying opportunities for additional sales.
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, present innovative technical concepts to non‑technical audiences with clarity and impact.
* Conduct assessments of current and target‑state architectures and develop roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations.
* Collaborate with functional and technical resources across the IT landscape – data, platforms, testing, solution architecture – to define effective technical solutions.
* Participate in preparing compelling bid responses and proposals as part of the solution sales lifecycle.
* Leverage experience across industry sectors – Government & Infrastructure, Telecoms & Media, Consumer & Retail, Energy – to drive diverse, high‑impact projects.
Required Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
* 5+ years of experience in a technical/enterprise architecture role.
* Proven client experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Experience designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints.
* IT application design expertise (Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM, customer telephony).
* Familiarity with TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe, ITIL frameworks.
* Experience with AI is desirable but not essential.
