This includes organising and providing a range of services and support to Council Services in multi-occupancy buildings and depots, including Service Facilities Management Service reception, caretaking, security and administration. This diverse and varied role can vary from day to day and requires exemplary organisational skills. Hours may include some weekend working and late evenings if and when required. The Person Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2, Standard Grades at Credit level or ideally ONC in Business Studies or equivalent. Working knowledge of Health and Safety Supervisory experience Experience of managing own and team’s workload Experience in a similar environment. IT, Communication and Organisational skills are essential for this position.
