Senior Event Production Manager

Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager with a solid technical foundation and a proven track record in managing end-to-end event production. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in both client-facing and team leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Design and specify all technical and creative aspects of events, including equipment, staging, and set design.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD LT or Vectorworks to create layouts and schematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for planning and communication.
Coordinate logistics and manage procurement of suppliers and resources for events.
Prepare and distribute health and safety documentation in line with industry standards.
Lead and coordinate production teams during pre-event planning and on-site execution.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate event schedules.
Must hold a valid UK driving license.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on technical expertise in audio, video, or lighting, with experience operating systems during live events.
Creative skills in graphic design or video production are a plus.
