Apprentice Chef Opportunity at Premium Country Pubs

Responsibilities:
1. Be a champion of brand standards
2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
3. Cook to spec and work with recipes
No experience is necessary; we will teach you everything! If you're eager to learn and proud to work with us, we can show you what it takes to become a key team member in any kitchen.
You will take on a full-time role under the supervision of passionate chefs, alongside your training. You will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and support the running of our kitchens, creating memorable moments and ensuring quality for our guests.
What your apprenticeship includes:
* Face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and Trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work per week

Wage:
* 16-20 years: £8.60/hour
* 21+ years: £11.44/hour
Work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months at Mitchells and Butlers.
